MIDIEx .SYX file loader profile

This Unisyn profile will open a .SYX format file and send the data to a selectable FreeMIDI device. At that point, you can use the proper Unisyn device profile to get the data back and you have converted the .SYX file into a Unisyn bank. To open a .SYX file, the file must have .SYX appended to the file name and yes, it must be in all uppercase letters. This profile is an UNSUPPORTED extra.
